We have equipment capable of fine hole electrical discharge machining starting from φ0.3mm, and we consider machining small diameter holes that are difficult to process with drills, as well as holes in high-hardness materials such as hardened steel. The feasibility of machining is determined by checking not only the hole diameter but also the combination of material, plate thickness, hole depth, and required precision. In orifices, the hole diameter tolerance, effective length of the hole, and the shape and condition of the inlet and outlet are important. We also confirm the necessary roundness and surface roughness, and consider machining and inspection methods according to the required specifications. We also consider responding to prototypes with different hole diameters, machining multiple holes, and adding holes to supplied parts. If machining of outer shapes, seating surfaces, or reference surfaces is required, please consult us about processes that combine machining, wire cutting, and polishing.
